The road less traveled veers from the main artery because of acceptance.

We stop trying to change, avoid or escape our flaws, vulnerabilities and fears.

Healing or living fully can not happen when we are avoiding or escaping the present situation.

.
Happiness can only happen right now, this moment.
.
.
That means our behaviour must change to enjoy any happiness.
.
.
We must shed doubt, worry, and unworthiness to prepare for happiness then.
.
.
We must shed the idea we need to improve something, change something to experience happiness.
.
.
Not true.
.
.
Happiness exists in front of each one of us right now.
.
.
We must empty our mind, setting the table for focus on this next breath.
